The nearest neighbour is the owner’s other rental villa, located 30 m away (Björn), within sight. Behind the villa there is a tennis court, available free of charge for guests together with two other rental cottages owned by the same owner; playing times must be agreed with the owner in advance.
Well water in the Hiittinen area is safe to drink but high in iron; it can be used for cooking, but guests usually bring their own drinking water.
Good fishing waters. Boat transport and fishing guide services available by special agreement. Fishing gear for hire.
A connecting ferry, m/s Aurora, operates to Hiittinen several times a day; travel time is approximately 25 minutes.
The site is 2 km from Hiittinen church village and 12 km from Rosala (including the Viking Centre). Helsinki 200 km, Salo 80 km, Meri-Teijon skiing and golf centre 60 km, Kasnäs (including the Bluefish Nature Centre) by boat 25 min, from where you can visit Bengtskär lighthouse island.

The nearest neighbour is the owner’s second rental house 30 m (nr. 5133), with a view. Behind the villa there is a tennis court (free of charge for tenants with 2 other rented cottages of the owner, playing times to be agreed with the owner in advance).
The well water in the Hiittinen area is iron-rich; the water can be used for cooking, but the customer brings the drinking water with them.

The connection boat m/s Aura runs to Hiittis several times a day, journey time 25 min. Note: On Sunday the last ferry leaves at 18:45.

Location
A spectacular-looking bridge was completed from Lövö to Kasnäs in 2011. You can drive all the way to the villa’s yard.
From Kasnäs island there is a free car ferry service on the M/S Aura to Långnäs pier (duration approx. 25 min). There is a small self-service café on the upper deck. There is capacity for approx. 70 cars per trip. Drive from the ferry dock towards the village of Hiittinen, where the villa is located. Distance approx. 3 km. M/S Aura operates free of charge all year round.

The cottage is very well equipped, spacious and in immaculate condition. Enjoyable sea views from the large, well-furnished veranda, and excellent swimming opportunities from the large jetty.

A beautiful place in a great location. Large terrace where it was nice to barbecue and play with the kids. Good facilities. Lovely to lie on the dock and watch the fish.
