Beach: own shallow, hard sandy beach on Lake Syväri (50 m), own boat available.
Accommodation: three-storey log house (built in 2007) with seven separate apartments and common facilities.
Maximum occupancy: up to 18 people (13 fixed beds + 5 extra beds).

Equipment: fully equipped kitchen, 8 toilets, 11 showers, beach sauna, fireplace room with pool table, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, drying cabinet, gas barbecue.
Specials: ideal for meetings (AV equipment), as a party venue for several families. Quiet location at the end of the road, overlooking the new golf course.
