Two kitchens and dining areas: each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge, making the villa perfect for two families.
Miniature billiards room: spend relaxed evenings playing billiards.
Your own garden: enjoy the season’s organic produce straight from the garden: grapefruit, lemons, oranges, avocados and grapes are waiting to be picked!

Weekly rent (includes a thorough final cleaning by a professional):

Low season (early September to end of March): 1200 € / week
High season (April-August): 1900 € / week
Additional persons: 15 € / person / day

Note: We require the villa to be returned in a proper condition (dishes washed, fridge emptied and rubbish taken away). We thank our guests for their care!
