The apartment has windows open to the market and a balcony with a great view of the market and the promenade, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets and 5 bedrooms are separate from the living room. Three of the bedrooms have 2 beds each, one bedroom has 1 bed and one bedroom has 1 sofa bed. There is also an extra bed for 1 person if required.

The apartment is very well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, oven, WiFi, TV, DVD player and radio/cd player/stereo.
