Villa Linnunlaulu is a fully equipped holiday cottage offering modern amenities in the tranquility of nature in Sipoo. The cottage is fully equipped with everything from a kitchen to modern washrooms. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable stay even in the cooler seasons. The outdoor terrace has a high-quality gas barbecue for summer evenings.
The cottage is designed to provide comfortable accommodation for four people. Extra beds can be added for an additional fee. As a special luxury, guests can enjoy a real smoke sauna and can book the use of a heated hot tub for relaxing under the stars.

The opportunities offered by the water
Fishing is possible all year round near the cottage’s beach. In the summer you can fish for everything from perch to pike, and in the winter you can try your hand at fishing. The lakeside sauna is heated daily and offers soft baths and direct access to swimming.
Nature activities
A marked fitness trail runs close to the cottage, offering excellent opportunities for jogging and nature walks. In autumn, the forest attracts mushroom and berry pickers. There is also a golf course and riding stables in the vicinity for active holidays.

To make your holiday easier, we offer catering services for parties and meetings through our partners. A spacious van is available for hire for transport needs.
Good to know
The price of renting a cottage varies depending on the season. In the summer season (June-August) prices are higher than in other seasons. The rental price includes basic cleaning and linen.
What is the arrival and departure time of the cottage? Arrival at the cottage is possible from 16:00 and departure must be no later than 12:00 on the day of departure.
Are pets allowed in the cottage? Yes, pets are welcome for a small additional fee. Please inform us of your pet when you make your reservation.
How to book the use of the smoke sauna and the hot tub? The use of the smoke sauna and the hot tub must be booked in advance at the time of booking or at the latest on the day of arrival. An additional fee will be charged according to the use.
What basic equipment do you have at the cottage? The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, cleaning equipment and basic necessities such as toilet paper and hand soap.
Location
Villa Linnunlaulu is located just 40 kilometres from the centre of Helsinki in the municipality of Sipoo, offering an easy escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is easily accessible both by car and public transport. There is plenty of parking space in the cottage’s yard.
We spent the Christmas week at Linnunlaulu cottage. The cottage was really good, there were several different places to relax, and enough dishes to celebrate. The place was quiet and affordable. The sauna on the beach was great, soft baths, the cottage’s own sauna was also good and showers. A big thank you to the cottage owners for bringing the Christmas tree to the cottage.
