Total comfort and entertainment:

This modern villa is designed to provide first-class comfort and entertainment for a large group. With a capacity of 10 + 4 people, each floor offers a different experience.

Bottom floor: you’ll find an entertainment centre with a bar and billiard room perfect for evenings out with friends or colleagues. There is also one cosy double bedroom on this floor.
Middle floor: this floor is the heart of the villa, including spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen (with crockery and glassware) and a spacious dining room. Here you will also find a modern sauna with washrooms and toilets. On the middle floor there are two comfortable bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep. The combination of living room and dining room offers over 70 m² of space for socialising, and with the kitchen there is over 80 m² of space.
Top floor: the top floor has three bedrooms, one of which is a luxurious master bedroom. In addition, there is a children’s bedroom with two beds. Two separate bathrooms add to the comfort of the top floor.
Fireplaces: enjoy the atmosphere by the fireplace in the living room or the glow of the fireplace in the sauna dressing room.
Terraces and balconies: the villa has a large terrace and an open deck facing west, offering stunning sea views and sunny moments.
Barbecue facilities: a gas barbecue on the veranda and a second wood or charcoal barbecue at the back of the house.
Luxurious extras: a separate hot tub in the sauna area – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The jacuzzi is also available upstairs.

Lohusalu – The best of Estonia:

Lohusalu Villa offers an ideal base on the west coast of Estonia. It is located in a peaceful and scenic setting, offering easy access to a wide range of services and activities.

Fishing paradise: the fishing for trout in front of the Huvila is very good for sturgeon fishing! In addition, a 20-minute walk away is the Lohusalu harbour, where you can launch your own boat with a trailer. Fishing with a fishing rod is possible without a permit, but you will need an Estonian fishing permit for tackle, nets and other equipment. Lohusalu Harbour: about 2 km away, offering restaurant and bar services.
Shops and Restaurants: the nearest shop, three good restaurants and a pharmacy are only 3 km away.
Laulasmaa Spa and Conference Hotel: located about 4 km away, this spa hotel offers a high-quality Wicca restaurant.
Niitvälja Golf: Just 15 minutes (10 km) away, the “home of Estonian golf” awaits golfers.
Rummu Quarry: Less than 30 minutes away by car, the magnificent Rummu Quarry offers a unique diving and hiking destination.
Arvo Pärt Centre: about 3 km away, visit the highly popular Arvo Pärt Centre, dedicated to one of the world’s most famous composers.
Shopping: Tallinn’s most popular shopping centre, Rocca Al Mare, is just a 30-minute drive away.

There are also two other units available for rent in the same courtyard, perfect for larger groups or when extra space is needed:

TAIMELA: 100 m² house with 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds). New house, rooms both upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs and downstairs can also be rented separately. Garden sauna.
SIKKALA: Smaller house with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. Shared lakeside sauna with Lohela and Taimela. Sauna near the beach.

Prices and booking conditions

Our villa prices vary depending on the season:

High season: April-August
Low season: September-March
Weekly price: €1600 – €2800 (depending on the season)
Weekend price (Thu-Sun): €1000 – €1800 (depending on season)

The price includes a basic cleaning fee. A thorough cleaning by a professional is included in the price. We require that the villa is returned in a proper condition: dishes washed, fridge emptied and rubbish taken away. We thank our guests for their care.

Bed linen and towels are included (1 set per person).

Pet-friendly: Please note that for allergy reasons, pets are not allowed in the villa.

Location

From Helsinki there are several daily ferry connections to Tallinn, from where it is a 45 min. drive via the Paldiski road to Lohusaluu via Laulasmaa.

Driving directions from Tallinn

Take road 8 Paldiski Maantie towards Paldiski.
After Rocca al Mare you come to a roundabout, take the 2nd exit to road 390 Tallinn-Rannamõisa-Kloogaranna
After about 6 km before Laulasmaa Spata on the right you see a sign “Lohusalo 3”, turn right following the sign.
Drive 2.5km and turn left onto Vainu Tee.
After 800 m you see a sign warning about children’s play, turn left before the sign and then right again, where Vainu Tee continues
Drive straight on for 800m, you will see a sign for no driving, but just keep straight on. (No driving applies to other motorists who are not staying in the area) On your left you will see abandoned depots, go straight on for a bit.
Turn right at Mäe 1. The gate opens with the key you will receive when you book. Drive down the hill and you have arrived in the villa’s courtyard!
