This unique seaside resort offers the perfect combination of modern comfort and natural tranquillity. The 200-square-metre villa was built in 2020 and is designed to cater for the more demanding holidaymaker all year round.

Our villa can accommodate 12 people and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and comprehensive cooking facilities. The sauna facilities include both a modern electric sauna and a separate smoke sauna, which is available at an additional cost. During the summer season, a heated swimming pool with a terrace is at your disposal.

Practical information for holidaymakers
The villa is heated by geothermal heating and has good indoor air all year round. Arrival at 16.00 and departure at 12.00. Pets allowed by prior arrangement.

Public transport will take you to the centre of Sipoo, from where we can arrange a transfer to the villa if necessary.
The cottage was in a very nice location, quiet and of a great size. Our party was able to fully enjoy the pool, the beach sauna and the sea. The beds were very comfortable, cooking facilities were adequate and there were tables for board games in several rooms. We would be happy to come here again.

A very cosy and comfortable place, although not ultra-modern. Surrounded by beautiful nature. The fireplace and the wood-heated sauna added to the atmosphere. The party for 20 people went well, and the tableware was available on site. The hosting worked well too, all emails were answered quickly.
