This spectacular new apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and is perfect for year-round use, whether you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, fishing trip, fishing trip or important meeting.
A package for a larger group? Taimela is part of an idyllic complex, where you can also rent the adjacent Lohela or Siikala villas. This makes it a top destination for family celebrations or other large gatherings! Please note that there is no direct internal connection from Siikala to Taimela, which guarantees the privacy of both apartments and the possibility to rent them separately. Taimela and Siikala have their own parking area, separate from Lohela.

This bright and peaceful meadow/aho apartment by the sea faces west, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Finland. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay:
- Facilities: spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, 2 x toilet and shower facilities.
- Bedrooms: three comfortable bedrooms: one with three single beds, one with a king-size double bed and one with two single beds.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with crockery and glassware. Fully equipped with all utensils and kitchenware, including kitchenware, kitchen utensils and kitchenware.
- Living room: a cosy fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. In addition, the apartment has its own adjustable electric heating.
- Exterior: a large terrace and open veranda open to the west, offering stunning sea views and sunny moments.
- Parking: own separate parking area, which does not require access via the Lohela car gate.
- Sauna: You will find your own sauna building right next door.
- Change: The villa is also excellent for meetings.

Taimela is ideally located close to nature and services.
- Fishing: The trout fishing for sturgeon off the Huvila has been very successful! Fishing is also good in winter. You don’t need a permit to fish with a fishing rod, but for tackle, nets and other equipment you need an Estonian fishing permit. You can easily get one online:
- Go to https://www.pilet.ee/cgi-bin/splususer/splususer.cgi?op=list_varia&piirkond_id=50. If the page is in Estonian, click on “in English” at the top and select “Recreational Fishing License” on the left.
- Select the appropriate time and click “Select”.
- Select the start date and enter your date of birth in the ID Code field (e.g. 13.12.1987 would be entered as “08712130000”).
- Follow the instructions to pay.
- Nearby services: the Lohusalu guest marina is about 2 km away, with restaurant and bar facilities. The nearest shop, three good restaurants and a pharmacy are only 3 km away.
- Relaxation and pampering: the Laulasmaa Spa and Conference Hotel is about 4 km away, and there you will find the upscale Wicca restaurant.
- Golf in Estonia: Tallinn’s most famous golf course, Niitvälja Golf, is only about 30 minutes (10 km) away by car.
- Culture and nature: visit the highly popular Arvo Pärt Centre, around 3 km away, or explore the magnificent Rummu quarry, less than 30 minutes away by car.
- Shopping: Tallinn’s most popular shopping centre, Rocca Al Mare, is just a 30-minute drive away.

- In the same courtyard there is also a smaller Perch-house with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. Siikala has its own sauna near the beach.
Prices and booking conditions
Weekly rates range from €1 250 to €1 450 depending on the season. High season: April-August Low season: September-March
The price includes a basic cleaning fee. Cleaning is done by a professional. However, we ask our guests to return the villa in a tidy condition: dishes washed, fridge emptied and rubbish taken away. We thank you for your care!
Bed linen and towels are included (1 set per person per week). A high quality bathrobe is available for an extra charge of €20 (own, own size).
Additional services for a fee: other services, such as catering and hostess services, can be arranged separately according to your needs.
Location
From Helsinki there are several daily ferry connections to Tallinn, from where it is a 45 min. drive via the Paldiski road to Lohusaluu via Laulasmaa.
Driving directions from Tallinn
- Take road 8 Paldiski Maantie towards Paldiski.
- After Rocca al Mare you come to a roundabout, take the 2nd exit to road 390 Tallinn-Rannamõisa-Kloogaranna
- After about 6 km before Laulasmaa Spata on the right you see a sign “Lohusalo 3”, turn right following the sign.
- Drive 2.5km and turn left onto Vainu Tee.
- After 800 m you see a sign warning about children’s play, turn left before the sign and then right again, where Vainu Tee continues
- Drive straight on for 800m, you will see a sign for no driving, but just keep straight on. (No driving applies to other motorists who are not staying in the area) On your left you will see abandoned depots, go straight on for a bit.
- Turn right at Mäe 1. The gate opens with the key you will receive when you book. Drive down the hill and you have arrived in the villa’s courtyard!
