Facilities and amenities
A three-storey villa built in 2009. The middle floor comprises a kitchen, dining room, library, and one bedroom with two separate beds. The upper floor has four bedrooms, each with two separate beds; all bedrooms have a private WC, shower, and their own balcony. The upper floor also features a TV lounge with a sofa bed for two. The lower floor includes a sauna area, meeting room, billiard room, fireplace lounge, bar (bring your own drinks), a glazed terrace, and an outdoor terrace. The sauna area also features a swimming pool.
The villa also features a hot tub and a total of 8 TVs. There is a private lakeside sauna (25 m²) with a fireplace lounge, sauna, two showers, and an outdoor fireplace.
Internet = 4G mobile broadband.
Electric car charging, no extra charge.
A charcoal barbecue is available (not a gas barbecue, although some pictures show it).

Well water in the Hiittinen area is high in iron; the water is safe to drink, but due to its taste we recommend bringing your own drinking water.
“Excellent fishing waters. Boat transport and fishing guide services are available by separate agreement. The Hiittinen archipelago is renowned for its natural beauty and rich fishing waters. The island has two grocery stores, two summer restaurants, a café, and a service station. The property is 2 km from the village centre of Hiittinen.
200 km to Helsinki, 80 km to Salo, and 60 km to the Meri-Teijo ski and golf resort. Rosala is 12 km away (Viking Centre). Kasnäs, home to the Blue Mussel Nature Centre, can be reached by ferry in 25 minutes, from where trips to Bengtskär Lighthouse are available. Bengtskär Lighthouse can also be visited by private boat operated by a local entrepreneur under a separate agreement; travel time is approximately 1 hour.

Location
A spectacular-looking bridge was completed from Lövö to Kasnäs in 2011. You can drive all the way to the villa’s yard.
From Kasnäs island there is a free car ferry service on the M/S Aura to Långnäs pier (duration approx. 25 min). There is a small self-service café on the upper deck. There is capacity for approx. 70 cars per trip. Drive from the ferry dock towards the village of Hiittinen, where the villa is located. Distance approx. 3 km. M/S Aura operates free of charge all year round.
