Pricelist and booking conditions
Weekly rents:
- High season (Christmas-March): 3 500 € / week
- Low season (April-November): 2 600 € / week
The price includes:
- Basic cleaning by a professional. However, we ask the tenants to make sure that the villa is returned in a proper condition (dishes washed, fridge emptied, rubbish taken away on Friday).
- Bed linen and towels.
Additional services:
- Quality bathrobe to own: €20 extra (in your own size).
- Luggage storage: where possible, we also offer luggage storage, e.g. for your Caribbean cruise. Ask for more information when booking!
Location
For mobility, a car is a must.
Beach 1.3 miles, Lake Worth 10 miles, shops 1 mile. Miami airport 1 hour, West Palm Beach airport 15 minutes.

Car rental
Possible by prior arrangement, with pick-up at the airport. Cars in stock Chrysler Town & Country vm 03 or Cadillac Fleetwood-Gold vm 94. The cars have a navigator with useful addresses at hand. Weekly rental 400 €. In addition, a deductible of max. 500 USD in case something happens to the car. *Airport transfers by prior arrangement at a separate cost of €250 (for groups of max. 4 people), €500 (for groups of 5-10 people) or €600 (for groups of 11 or more).
